What we do. Partners for Data is an independent referral service. We review what you submit and, with your consent, refer your company to a third-party company that licenses business records (a "buyer"). We aren't a party to any license, and we don't act as an agent for you or any buyer.

No guarantees. We don't guarantee a referral, a buyer's interest, a license, or any payment. Dollar figures on this site are indicative, not offers or quotes. Each buyer alone decides eligibility, terms, and compensation.

Fees. If a company we refer enters a qualifying license, the buyer may pay us a referral fee.

Your responsibilities. Give accurate information, share only what you're authorized to share, and don't send files, records, logins, or confidential information through this site. Before licensing any records, make sure your company has the right to, and get your own legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Liability. The site and our service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed $100.
