Partners for Data
Privacy Policy.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Partners for Data ("we," "us") runs partnersfordata.com, a referral service that connects companies with AI companies that license business records ("buyers"). This policy explains what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect. When you submit our form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, role, company name and website, industry, company country or region, worldwide full-time employee count, contractors and part-time staff, years of records, and the kinds of records your company keeps. Like any website, our hosting provider also receives basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type. We never ask for or receive your company's files, records, or logins.
How we use it. To review your company's fit, refer you to a buyer when you've asked us to, contact you about your request, and keep a record of referrals we make.
Who we share it with.
- The buyer we refer you to, when you submit the form and agree to the referral disclosure. The buyer's own privacy policy covers what it receives. If a qualifying license closes, the buyer may pay us a referral fee.
- Service providers that host the site and deliver email for us, such as Cloudflare and Resend, only so they can provide those services.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don't sell or rent contact lists, and we don't share your information for advertising.
How long we keep it. We keep submissions for as long as we need them to review fit, make and document referrals, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices. Email [email protected] to see or correct your information, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be referred. We'll delete it unless we need to keep it to document a referral or meet a legal obligation.
Cookies and tracking. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, or any tools that track you across other websites, so we don't change anything in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Our hosting provider may use cookies needed to block bots, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
Changes. If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date above.
